Inside Sales Support - Augmented Reality and 3D Visualisation

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Salary and Package: TBC depending on experience

As a graduate in a relevant field, you will be responsible for actively driving the lead generation process through phone calls and other methods of engaging new potential customers within our target markets, which include Augmented Reality and Visualisation and Technical Publications and Services providers. You will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, using marketing candidate lists to create opportunities for the Sales teams to follow up on.

Speaking in English, it is essential that you possess a positive and confident conversational manner and an intuitive understanding of what it takes to keep people focused and interested. You will be enthusiastic to build on this disposition to develop versatile and confident speaking skills where a key goal will be to reassure and educate customers by demonstrating subject-matter competency through clear and attentive verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking the nucleus lead from marketing and developing these into qualified leads which the sales team can target
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects
  • You will be responsible to manage your time and ensure a minimum number of potential customers are reached weekly
  • You share and discuss information, and review objectives with the team or your managers, before beginning a task
  • Develop an understanding of our business and the solutions we sell and actively maintain a depth of product knowledge in the CAD-IT product areas
  • Gain domain knowledge of technical publications including Content Management, Publishing, 2D and 3D graphics, Augmented Reality, Diagnostics and web based portals
  • Gain specific knowledge of our target industries primarily in industrial and heavy machinery, automotive and energy
  • Contribution to the overall Sales and Marketing process improvement plan

Accountabilities

  • Minimum number of phone calls per month
  • Minimum number of new leads generated per month
  • Quality of new leads
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation process after Marketing but before Sales

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
