Time and cost to prepare publication deliverables, manufacturing work instructions (or process documents), and service-repair labour times is also radically reduced through integration with tools such as XMetaL, RapidAuthor and SRTD.
- Teamcenter MRO and SLM provides unprecedented service management and asset and logistical management capabilities fully integrated with product data information in Teamcenter Engineering and technical information in Teamcenter Content Management. Logistical capabilities include parts inventory functionality that can track the history of individual component items if required, and this data can in turn inform product performance analysis as an adjunct to product improvement.
