We are looking for a Senior Teamcenter Integration Specialist to support a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment covering engineering and manufacturing systems.

The Senior Teamcenter Integration Specialist will provide hands-on technical expertise for integrating Siemens Teamcenter PLM/SLM with external engineering, support, maintenance and enterprise systems.

The role will support the assessment and demonstration of Teamcenter capability, develop integration approaches, support E2E digital-thread trials, and help define practical integration patterns for the future PLM Systems environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Teamcenter integration solutions with external systems.
• Develop and configure Teamcenter interfaces using:
  • Teamcenter SOA
  • REST/API services
  • ITK
  • BMIDE
  • Workflow
  • Active Workspace
• Define data mappings between Teamcenter and external applications.
• Support integration of:
  • Rapid Author/SLM
  • IFS Maintenix
  • ERP systems
  • Engineering systems
  • Manufacturing/MES environments
  • Other enterprise applications.
• Analyse Teamcenter data structures, objects, relationships, revisions and configurations.
• Support digital-thread traceability across systems.
• Develop prototypes/POCs to demonstrate integration capability.
• Support import/export and data transformation trials.
• Investigate integration failures and data-quality issues.
• Define interface error handling, logging, monitoring and auditability.
• Support E2E test scenarios and technical demonstrations.
• Produce technical specifications, interface definitions and integration documentation.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, SLM consultants and S-Series specialists.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of Teamcenter experience,
• Experience delivering complex Teamcenter integrations.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • BMIDE
  • ITK
  • SOA  REST APIs
  • Teamcenter workflows
  • Active Workspace
  • XML/JSON
  • SQL/database concepts.
• Experience with PLM/ERP/MES or enterprise application integration.
• Understanding of product structures, revisions, configuration and change management.
• Experience working within complex engineering environments.
