We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our global Sales team. In this role, you will act as a client advocate and the main point of contact, fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Your mission will be to identify and provide the best products or services to meet each client’s unique needs. 

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to become a subject matter expert in CAD-IT’s services, products, and software solutions. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication, IT, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 

  • The Account Manager needs to build rapport with customers and internal teams to identify a roadmap for Sales within the business. 
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.  
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. 
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, seeking out & winning business from new and existing clients and developing key accounts within set targets.  
  • Conduct regular account reviews to prove value and ROI 
  • Pro-active upselling activities of SLM and PLM products and services. 
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. 
  • Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour. 
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. 
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by continuously improving processes. 
  • Identifying industry trends. 
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the overall customer journey. 

Requirements of the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications and/or experience in a Sales related field. 
  • Experience of using Sales methodologies such as SPIN, SNAP or Challenger 
  • Proven experience of managing corporate accounts and winning new business 
  • Structured, disciplined, energetic, committed to individual and business improvement 
  • Enterprise level Sales experience   
  • A process oriented, consultative Sales approach  
  • Experienced in managing a Sales operation would be beneficial  
  • Structured and focused on operation methods as well as a strong strategic business understanding 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data. 
  • Excellent active listening skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. 
  • Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends. 
  • An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services (training will be given).
