What You’ll Do: 

As a Sales Executive, you will: 

  • Drive New Business: Use direct methods (calls, meetings) and indirect approaches (networking) to identify, engage, and secure new clients. 
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales journey, from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams. 
  • Develop High-Value Partnerships: Secure enterprise-level deals that expand our market share and presence in North America. 
  • Promote Products & Solutions: Actively sell our XR and IoT offerings, representing CAD-IT at Siemens events, trade shows, and conferences. 
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Represent customer interests internally, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships. 
  • Analyze & Adapt: Report on market trends, competitors, and sales performance to inform strategies and adapt to changing conditions. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Unit Heads and other CAD-IT departments to ensure alignment and success.

CAD-IT UK Ltd are seeking a Vehicle Diagnostic Author to join a friendly and collaborative team, to develop, write and deliver technical documentation for a well-known automotive OEM.

You will join a business who deliver technical publications for a range of leading automotive, aerospace, rail, industrial, construction and agricultural manufacturing customers.

We are interested in dynamic, engaging individuals who have experience with vehicle diagnostics and a basic understanding of automotive electronic systems to join the team and become involved in writing, developing and delivering diagnostic documentation.


Expectations of this role:

As a Vehicle Diagnostic Author, you will be expected to support all aspects of diagnostic technical authoring, testing and solution development. We are looking for candidates who have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You must interpret complex topics and deliver them in an easily understood and unambiguous way. The ability to multitask and balance frequently changing priorities is essential.

Essential Skills:

· Understanding of program development and integration

· Use of Microsoft Office packages

· An eye for detail and accuracy

· Ability to diagnose faults in a logical and concise manner

The Senior Teamcenter Consultant will join our global Professional Services Team providing cutting edge expertise in Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), working across a wide variety of industrial sectors including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Rail and Heavy Industry.

We will train the successful candidate to be a subject matter expert for SLM in Teamcenter, however experience of using Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM tools, from administration, configuration, development and upgrades prospective is needed. You must be a competent industry professional, able to support our global customers by delivering a variety of services.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the project team during requirement capturing, and delivering cost effective, supportable technical application solutions that meet the business’s needs.
  • Configuring the applications based on requirements and designs captured by the solution architects.
  • Managing workload working across multiple projects

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter interface
  • Working knowledge of PLM implementations
  • Experience in configuring Teamcenter
  • Experience of Information Systems and Server/Client Infrastructure
  • Test automation coding and setup
  • Teamcenter customisation
  • Experience of supporting software implementations and upgrades
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Windows server/client skills

Additional Desirable Skills

  • User Helpdesk experience
  • DBA experience
  • Migration experience
  • Leadership experience or qualities, with the ability to assist in mentoring junior staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Not afraid to suggest new methods and processes where identified and ability to carry these through to proof of concept
  • Engineering background
  • Fluent in English language
