What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you will…
· Drive New Business: Use direct methods (calls, meetings) and indirect approaches (networking) to identify, engage, and secure new clients.
· Own the Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales journey, from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery teams.
· Develop High-Value Partnerships: Secure enterprise-level deals that expand our market share and presence in North America.
· Promote Products & Solutions: Actively sell our XR and IoT offerings, representing CAD-IT at Siemens events, trade shows, and conferences.
· Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Represent customer interests internally, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships.
· Analyse & Adapt: Report on market trends, competitors, and sales performance to inform strategies and adapt to changing conditions.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Unit Heads and other CAD-IT departments to ensure alignment and success.

· Proven Sales Success: A strong background in technical sales, particularly in software products, with a track record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
· Enterprise Sales Expertise: Experience in acquiring and managing enterprise-level accounts, directly or through partners and networks.

· Customer-Centric Focus: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to tailor approaches for diverse audiences.
